Matthew Chan & Oscar Michelen discuss the mistakes newbie lawyers make and how they react when negative spotlight is on them. ELI & the ELI Forum was attacked with false accusations of defamation & illegitimate DMCA complaints when newbie lawyers discovered negative (but factual) information was posted about them.
