In the interest of fairness, I am posting Robert Danoff’s retraction statement. This was emailed to me by Lynne Gayle of O2 Media Services Group Inc. He was a disgruntled employee who provided many insights to me. Having spoken to Robert many times in 2007 , I am quite certain he did not write that letter. It is clearly not his style. I believe it was written for him to sign. I believe it was a condition of settlement so that the ongoing lawsuits against him would stop.
I won’t endorse or criticize Robert’s signing of the retraction letter but I can understand it.
