Oscar provided a lengthy interview to the lawyers of the Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF) on March 26, 2013. 

Two hours after that interview, EFF wrote a great legal analysis of the PPO overreach on ELI and it's readership.  EFF says, the PPO goes way too far in its scope.
