Tomorrow 1/31 is the due day for their demand. Should I pay them? Thanks for your comments.

You actually have way more time than they say. They will never turn down a good amount of money. It is an artificial deadline designed to create the reaction you are expressing.

They will set another deadline when this one passes or send the file off to NCS IP corp or McCormack law firm
