A Taste of their own medicine ? Getty Images get sued by photographers

There are interesting developments regarding Getty Images.  Regarding the publicity angle, this has been in the works recently.  We are simply gathering information from all kinds of sources.  We are listening to the community.

Oscar and I are listening very intently.  There is information that has been brought to our attention that we cannot share at this time.  I am looking forward to making some interesting announcements in the weeks to come.

Getty continues to live in la-la land and they have an incredible amount of negative karma coming at them from another front.

On Wikipedia's Getty's site, they now post an internal memo Getty sent to its contributors in September about a court case that makes it harder for them to get a multiplier of damages. Just wondering where things stand with getting some public news or publicity sent out to put a little heat on Getty?

Getty has still not been responded to our most recent letter to them. I would like to see what their new/next/latest position is before moving forward on any affirmative initiatives. In the meantime, we keep seeking those who have paid Getty to see if the photgraphers who are suing Getty ever received any of the money Getty received.
