Mr. Michelen, I was curious if you were still offering your services. I have attempted to contact you several times via e-mails and phone and have not been able to reach you nor have my messages been returned. I have received a letter from Masterfile and I'm looking for some direction.

I've tried calling & e-mailing  no luck, left messages no return. They sent 2nd letter several weeks ago...
