Title: Class Action Suit - Oscar??

Is there any way that we can fight back legally and start a class action law suit against this company. 

A site was created last August 09. There was a small thumbnail picture that GettyImages asked for $$$$, which after I called them they lowered it. I must say that I feel better about the letter now, that I've seen this site/forum.  Just wondering, if we can start up a class action suit against GettyImages?  I contacted the photographer, who has not contacted me back, I removed the picture, and I plan on responding to GettyImages myself in a certified letter or email at that address they gave on the letter.  This is plain extortion and I would really be interested in a class action suit, so if anyone wanted to go that route - please let me know!  I'm not a crusader of sorts, but this one, I would gladly help out anyone who was hurt by this company, as a result just to see GettyImages apologize.

This has been suggested endlessly.  Until someone can prove that Getty is acting fraudulently or illegally I dont think a class action exists.
