I got a copyright notice from youtube in my inbox this morning!
Julie Stewart / Blackline Entertainment Law
Your video may include the following copyrighted content:
Visual content administered by: Farolatino
This claim does not affect your account status.
I think it may be because of the music, which was an option provided by the google tool itself, I have quickly disputed this claim, and have claimed fair use, as this video does not generate revenue and is only used for reporting / educational purposes. We'll see where it goes, if anywhere..
This is the video in question: ( I also see that there is one "dislike", who could possibly not like this????)

A quick search of "Farolatino" revealed some chatter on some forums in regards to them wanting to take over ones video channel, seems to be something automated, so I doubt the video will be removed as I have disputed the claim and have followed up with you-tube, referencing other issues with "Farolatino"

Very interesting development, Buddhapi. Please keep us updated on this. I've always been extra careful with YouTube.
-
Yes, please keep us posted. That was a cool video!
-
Correction: It IS a cool video, it has not been removed, and I'm confident it won't be.

Dear buddhapi,
Farolatino has reviewed your dispute and released its copyright claim on your video, "Julie Stewart / Blackline Entertainment Law".
Sincerely,
- The YouTube Team
In a nutshell, no dings, strikes or anything else, just a bogus scammy complaint..
-
Is it just me, or is the "trolling" getting stranger and stranger?
Wouldn't it just be easier to get a job instead of what this "Farolatino" is doing? lol
If this person/entity is on Youtube, they should be banned for "trolling".
S.G.

You are correct buddhapi, it IS a cool video and I'm happy to see everything work out with it.

Why would "somebody" waste time with a bogus DMCA complaint about that video. Have we not learned that stirring up the hornet's nest that is ELI = an unwise move?

Whatever do you mean? What are you getting at? ::)
