Title: Did Getty sue and lose in Germany?

In German, but I think it describes a case Getty lost?  Is anyone's German good enough to summarize in English?

Getty lost in German but because the user had previously purchased a license and proved that the use was authorized. While this is not directly applicable it again shows that Getty may not be keeping track of its licenses. It would be helpful to get the full article translated.
