Date of infringement not established

The screenshot provided by the troll does not show any date.
According to the judge in the Advernet case, the upload date is NOT the infringement date, as the date is not showing in the screenshot.
CACHE of the website does not show the image on the website.

You can ask:
-How do you establish the date when the alleged infringement happened?
(if this is done by another entity - picscout)
-How do you establish the period of the alleged infringement?

These questions can be asked to getty and picscout
If  (a big if) the case goes to court, picscout records could be subpoenaed to answer these questions in court
