I wanted to make a special announcement.
On October 24, 2012, Greg Troy was formally invited by myself and Robert to become an ELI Defense Team Member. Oscar Michelen approved of our decision prior to the invitation. I am happy to say Greg accepted this voluntary position. (He was simply overwhelmed by the tremendous compensation and benefits package offered to him. ;) )
Greg has worked tirelessly and with great enthusiasm as a member of the ELI Community for nearly a year in the ELI cause supporting Oscar and myself as Lead Strategists and Spokesmen for the ELI cause.
Greg has made guest appearances on episodes of the ELI Factor. We expect to continue seeing and hearing from him as he continues making valued contributions on both the ELI Forums and the ELI Factor.
On a personal note, I have gained another friend from the ELI experience. I hope the ELI Community will continue to support and welcome his efforts and contributions.
The ELI Defense Team grows again and Oscar and I are grateful for the work the ELI Team members do for Oscar, myself, and the ELI Community.
Welcome aboard, Greg!

Excellent news! Greg, your work is much appreciated. :)

Greg has been relentless regarding this fight with Getty Images. I for one am appreciative for all his contributions....period...end.
;)

Thank you Matthew, Oscar and Robert for the invitation and it is greatly appreciated. I have greatly enjoyed my time here with the Eli community. Becoming acquainted with and friends with you all is the one bright side about this whole Getty experience. So thank you all again for the honor and I'm very glad to be a part of the team :)

Welcome Greg. Your hard work hasn't gone unnoticed and now you will be rewarded with even more (work, that is).
;)
Your participation in ELI has made the site even better. Congrats!

Thanks Jerry I am very glad to be a part of this great team!

Perfect timing as I'll be taking my paid vacation soon! Welcome aboard Greg!

I remember this from another thread, you are going to march in to Getty offices in New York and demand to see Klein telling them you're Greg Troy.....How much vacation time do you have, it may be a long one ;)
actually I'm going to introduce myself as Greg Troy...
Tell them that if they don't give you an interview you'll sic me on them ;)
Interesting, I'll be adding to this when I travel to New York, we'll have their office as well, but not just from the inside, I'm marching right in and asking for an interview with Jonathan Klien..

Perfect timing as I'll be taking my paid vacation soon! Welcome aboard Greg!

Congratulations Greg! I could think of no one more deserving of this honor.
Your work and tireless efforts have inspired me in my fight, and I am certain many others. What's more, I know you are the kind of guy a Troll victim can count on to stand behind him in his hour of need.
I have said it before and I will say it again, "You rock, Greg Troy"

Thanks Stinger, I really appreciate your comments. We are all a community here and have to help each other out. I can't think of anywhere else that has what Matthew has done here. We have a very diverse group here and that And knowledgeable is what makes us strong.

Congrats Greg!!
We've all noted the top-notch research that you've been doing, too!!

Thank you very much SG!

Welcome aboard Greg! Thanks for all the effort you have put into ELI! You should be aware that after one year as an official member you will get the key to the executive bathroom and an office with a window!
-
Yes, but unfortunately the corner office has a view of Getty's compliance office and the washroom isn't really all that.

Congratulations, Greg. Couldn't happen to a nicer, harder-working guy.
-
Thank you Oscar, Jerry and Moe!
@Jerry, I tend to agree that the executive washroom appears to be lacking a little something although the plant is a nice touch while the window view I think captures very nicely the "unleash hell"phrase I like to use or as Stinger has coined it "The War to End All Wars with Getty" :D

Great post Jerry!
