Title: email from NCS for Getty - never received mail

I received an email a few days ago, what looks to be the standard boilerplate version from NCS IP for payment of a claim on one image.
The Getty letters dated early January and February 2013 were never received as they were probably sent to an inactive PO Box listed on my web site. NCS/Getty does have an email and phone number for me.
My question is that since this process started 5 months ago, should I go with the Defense Letter Program or just stay 'somewhat in the shadows'.....if that is possible.

The statute of limitations is 3 years, and they will take every opportunity to pester and hound you over that time period.

The question of whether you should "lay low" or go with the letter program is up to you.  How bothered will you get by their pestering and hounding.  Is it worth $200 to you to not have to deal with this for a little over 2.5 more years?

thanks....the letter program does look to be a great value, money well spent....my wife is doing the letter program so I'll just join her!
