Title: Federal judge's take on 'copyright trolls'
Post by: CdBourbon on April 11, 2013, 09:34:42 PM
Have been following many of the conversations on ELI as a result of a claim from MasterFile (UK), which I'll post about down the line. Meanwhile, from the LA Times a couple days ago is this fascinating piece that I believe much can be gleaned from when considering your own response to extortion trolls. It specifically addresses video, but much is translatable to image use.
