Title: Getty claiming image is theirs when its not!

So I got a letter today from Getty. The image that I used was listed as free online and was from a UK photographer Clive Streeter. Getty is claiming the image is from a US photographer with a name I couldnt even Google or look up by the initial keywords that I used in my initial search. How do I possible response letting them know THEY cant sell something that is not theirs. I think Getty is going to start selling other people's cars and homes next! HA!

I suggest you inform Clive Streeter. He's got a potential claim.

I agree with lucia that you  should let the photographer know immediately.
