Title: Getty Fishing?

I recently received the letter.  But I think Getty is Fishing or on a Fishing Expedition.  Because in my case they have very limited information.  I always kept my Company website very professional.  What information is necessary for them to sue you?  I mean can I sue someone if all I have is their street address?
