Title: Going thru the paces @ pacer.org
Post by: Robert Krausankas (BuddhaPi) on February 29, 2012, 03:42:16 PM
I have a feeling I will exceed my quota at pacer very quickly..

So this case noted below appears on Carolyn Wrights site as a "Representative Lawsuit"

Russell Huffman v. Marty Foutch, et al., 3:10-CV-02130-D (N.D. Tex) (represent plaintiff for copyright infringement claims)

However when I looked at the complaint her name does not appear..Now there is a chance I overlooked it, being that I'm looking at multiple cases..or shall I say EVERY case...wouldn't it be a bad practice to list something on your site, and have a completely different law firm shown as the plaintiffs attorney??

Quite a good find.  Rather telling isn't it?
Kind of makes me think that there's funny business going on, what with the fraudulent DMCA takedown notice from her.

To be quite frank, these "boutique firms" that send threatening letters and work on a contingency basis are for housewives who don't have the stomach for actual court.
The same is true for the shit-tier lawyers that send these letters from their mom's basement because they can't get a job at a legit law firm.

I have to give some credit to MF for fierceness by by hiring actual law firms.
