They are starting a wave of extortion attacks, they have failed some which you can find on google. They are putting pictures on google and other various search engines for people to post and than ding you with 275. But they say they want to meet commercially amicable? Isn't that an oxymoron, is it possible to send them a letter of misunderstanding legally stating the I don't understand want there saying? Anybody with some advice would be much appreciated.

Hmmm... I think you best share the content of the letter. One cannot really "put" images on Google. But if they are actually "seeding" images or posting them to FREE sites to ensnare people, AND you have proof of this, please share.

Well we are under the assumption that they don't own the picture, i'm just awaiting verification on whether they own it or now, but I do know from googling there name they have done this multiple times. Even if they do own the image they are still outsourcing it as best as they can and charging small website owners and not giving any resolution to.
