Title: How come nobody really think of sueing getty images?

Hi,
I've received their extort letter and deleted the image and replied them.  Needless to say I won't pay $1200 for a tiny proportional pic which they claim they own it.  Just let them sue me and I dun even mind go bankrupt coz I definitely won't pay a penny for somebody try to intimidate me.
But I have very strong interest to sue them.  I'm not rich but I'm furious when I read that 5 pages extort letter.  Is it possible somebody raise a fund or sth to sue them back?  Instead of worrying that they are going to sue everyone of us, why dun we fight back?  What I google on internet about this image company, they are not only sending the extort letter to US and Europe, they send them EVERYWHERE!  They made enough enemies that we can start a fight back campaign.
Just my 2 cents.  If anybody have any idea of it, feel free to let me know.

I think you must have some sort of grounds to sue somebody on...what would those grounds be?? as is right now they haven't broke the law, but it's only a matter of time until someone comes up with something viable..
