Title: I found a copyright infringement!

Because this is an image Ann Wilson from the rock band Heart! I wonder if this person has express permission to use this image...I doubt it...just say'n

1) if she applies these words to her own actions: " It is theft, plain and
simple. Yes, it is upsetting to be on the wrong side of the law."
2) if Ms Stewart will find the owner of the copyright and proactively applogize and intiate settlement negotiations with him or her.
3) if finding herself in this situation will ultimately make her a better and more understanding person.

I am hopeful for number 3.

Since I missed the page that is no longer available, just to be sure that I have the facts straight here, are you saying that this screen shot link of "Julie Jools" is "Ann Wilson" from the band "Heart"????

LOL! Not even! It was a GREAT FIND! When I first saw it I thought that MAYBE it looked like "Nancy" but it still did not look like her to me so GOOD EYE budd!

I love that the lawyers are following these threads. I also love this example of an infringement. I wonder if Getty owns the right to this image, and if she will be receiving an "extortion" letter shortly?
