I got the letter from Getty.

I have a lot of pictures on my website.  Most of these pictures I have been granted permission by a company who owns rights for them.  Some of the pictures I got from Google Images.  After being contacted a year ago by McIlheney(Tabasco Sauce) with a cease and desist letter,  I looked up a lot of copyright law stuff and realized some of the images on my site were being infringed upon.  I took down a lot of pictures but apparently missed some.

I plan on taking down the picture that Getty contacted me about.  But, there is no way I can afford to pay the money they also want.  My question is this, what court would have jurisdiction over any lawsuit they file?  I live in Michigan.  Would I have to travel to them?

They will not sue over one image, but if they did they would likely sue in your home state. Contact me at xxx for further info on how we can help
