She has once again enlisted the help of photoattorney.com / Carolyn Wright / Evan Anderson to sue a fellow real estate agent in the Atlanta area.. She sure knows how network!!

As little as we may think of Jennifer Sherrouse in light of her past issues, this looks like a pretty straightforward complaint. The images were taken by her, are not stock images, are registered by her, with a copyright notice affixed. The only issue here appears to be damages and that it was used by a direct competitor of hers is not going to help the defendant. Hopefully he made a reasonable settlement offer and took the images down. That will help him as Federal judges are really not very excited about dealing with a case over three digital images. But they will look to blame somebody for this case ending up in the court - either the plaintiff for asking for too much or the defendant for offering too low.

In reviewing lawsuit status for various cases, I got curious about the Jennifer Sherrouse case, our favorite Atlanta discriminatory realtor. The battle is still going strong.  Ian Marshall is definitely fighting back.
