Title: Should I be worried?

Hey guys,

I got one of these letters from a company in Germany called PhotoClaim.com who is representing a photographer. They're are asking that I wire $1200 into a German bank account by the end of the week or they will pursue further legal action. I have taken down the image. They didn't provide the copyright information for the image. How seriously should I take this letter and should I be concerned even though I operate out of the U.S? Thanks in advance.
