Ok, these links bother me. (Search "glen carner wallpaper") It is bad enough we have Vincent Tylor a photographer littering the Internet with his "free wallpapers" where he entraps people. But now, Glen Carner, a guy who I have been trying to give benefit of the doubt to and also the sole member (and owner) of Hawaiian Art Network LLC is doing the same crap.

I think this thread needs to display all the different links and screenshots from these unscrupulous people. I know the links have been scattered throughout other posts but I think we should start assembling links and screenshots here so that people know what the wallpaper / screen saver entrapment scheme looks like.
From what I have been told, Hawaii is a very small community. Glen Carner and Vincent Tylor are going to make themselves very unwanted in the Pacific if they persist in nailing people who fall for the free wallpaper entrapment scheme.

I have exchanged a few emails with Mr. Carner. I have to say I am very disappointed to see that he is behind the seeding of some of these images. He insisted that these images were in some way hacked from a server and then posted. In part he told me:
"Mr. Tylor never posted his images on any sites other then his own and professional organizations he is affiliated with. His images were distributed is the same unintentional way other attractive content is frequently distributed on the Internet; copyright infringement."
So is the guy that is representing your images also the one guilty of infringement?
Now, in order to give the benefit of a doubt, I suppose anyone could have posted that screen-saver and had the option to choose which name to use. So maybe it didn't come from Mr. Carner. It sure would be interesting to find out what ip was used to upload that file.
However at least one of those sites mentions the source for the "Wallpaper sized screensaver" as http://www.hawaiipictures.com/screensavers.php. Guess who is the Administrative Contact and Technical Contact for that domain -- Glen Carner.
I gonna have to call it –– shenanigans.

They are in it & all over it..HAN (GC) + VKT!!! There is no doubt...& GC doesn't care about honest mistakes, the only care is for the $$$

Too funny. We have a new language system thanks to EVNL.
I pity the newcomer who has to figure out: HAN (GC) + VKT >>> $$$
Looks like an algebraic formula. LOL.

Hey, I think I understand the expanded formula. LOL.
How about this one?
PS + VKT + HAN (GC) + 'Shakedown Letter' + ELI = BFE! (Big Fat Explosion, what were YOU thinking it meant? LOL.)

I see Mr. Glen Carner from Hawaiian Art Network, lent his name to a letter at Copyright Compliance
http://www.copyrightalliance.org/letter/index.php?&min=2100&max=2200
I never knew he was a "photographer", I thought he owned some sort of gallery.. But then there have been some other irregularities with Glen Carners statements in the past, I suppose the truth lies somewhere in the middle...
