Cafepress' attorney filed a motion to dismiss the case. They state that Riddick's complaint fails to demonstrate that his alleged works are subject to valid copyright registration, and that the complaint is otherwise vague.

Oscar Michelen:
Looks like they borrowed a lot of the ideas from counsel for Bernina.
