Fascinating reading about a "little guy" turning the tables on the collection agency trolls.

Interesting...yes however also irritating IMHO.

I don't like the idea of Collection Agencies trying to collect on a "claim" verses a "debt". Debt however is debt. No one puts a gun to a person/s head and tells them to rack up credit card debt. Do I think the banks were scum to do what they did with regard to the lending issue?...Um...YES....BUT....people still have to learn to be RESPONSIBLE which includes being aware of one's own limitations! That being said, the Collection Agencies must also be responsible, accurate, and professional!

Sorry but this guy just found another "loop hole" in the system to escape his own as he put it "bad choices"

Now it is a "profitable side job".

Interesting article but I agree with Peeved, he is just using the system because he can which is exactly what the Getty, HAN/VKT and the rest of the trolls are doing.  I understand standing up for your rights, if the collectors were calling him and threating him while he is trying to work it out then yes, sue them, but when you sit on your couch and wait for them to call with your list of “Bait questions” ready and wait for someone to slip and say the wrong thing so you can sue them that’s wrong too.  He’s just a new “little guy” form of troll.

HAN/VKT- $1000.00 bucks an image for baited wallpaper sites.

Craig Cunningham - 1000.00 bucks for a wrong answers to baited questions from bill collectors (trying to collect on legitimate debt BTW)

Any difference, not in my opinion.  Just sayin....

I completely agree, he is just playing the system, like the rest of the copyright trolls. I did find it interesting tho.
