I hope Im doing this right, as I couldn't find the answer to my question elsewhere. So here goes -
Is there a database or ? that keeps up with or posts the names of those who continually file false DMCA reports? I ask this because I have a person who has relentlessly stalked me and my blog and has filed in the past 7 mos has filed 6 false DMCA claims against me. Each one I have countered and none were found to be valid and my content remained up, but this is quite a hassle. And the violation reports remain up and in full view. Ive not been able to get them removed or even to get an update on them.
Ive since looked into the person who is doing this and Ive discovered that she has a long history of doing this to many other people, all the way back to 2000 and has even tried to do this to some big named entertainers on YouTube videos.
Its nearly impossible to use legal remedies to do anything about her as she resides in Canada and all of her targets have been here, in the USA.
- So what's a person to do?
That is the reason for my question.. is there a database or ______? where repeat violators can be identified and why arent those who file claims investigated when they file?
Thanks for any input/help you can give me.

DMCA take downs can certainly be a time suck, as we here at ELI have had our fair share of bogus take downs. Unfortunately you can only do 2 things, one of which is sending in the counter notification, which you're doing already, the other would be to file suit IF you can prove damages, which might be difficult at best.
In regards to a database chillingeffects.org has one, it's a bear to search, but I think I recall somewhere where you can "report" bogus takedowns..

I don't think you'll find anybody to investigate the matter, that would fall to the end user (you).
Perhaps one of our Canadian users will chime in here, as maybe there is something you can do, besides issueing counter notices.
