I wonder if any of the disbarred lawyers from the Prenda firm work at Higbee.
Case in point. Here are two links for the same image:

The first web site belongs to the photographer Higbee represents and that site demands a license fee.
The second site lists the same photo for free under creative commons licensing. I image a lot of people see "free", do not notice the requirement for attribution, and later get a call from Higbee.
Perhaps not an outright scam like the Prenda operation, but it does call into question some things, not the least of which is that by setting-up the creative commons site, Google and Bing search engines flag the image as "labeled for reuse".
