Bernina of America Lawsuit Against Riddick & Imageline

As I predicted back in my first post of this thread in February 2009, karma has a way of boomeranging.

Bernina of America has filed a lawsuit against George Riddick III and Imageline. It looks to be a very serious matter and the Bernina folks seem to be quite unhappy with Riddick's shenanigans.  As of this posting, Riddick is very much on the defense lacking credibility in his presentation and arguments thus far.
