A timely post as usual!

If Righthaven has no funds to pay the legal fees of winning defendants, how can they afford to keep pursuing these lawsuits?

haha, probably the same way I really can't afford to buy lotto tickets, but I somehow manage, hoping against hope that the numbers come in! I think right now they are not pursuing anything expect to weasel out of the demands being put on them, and trying to get a different judge to rule differently.. I do believe this ship is now listing approximately 40 or so degrees, and the end is near..
