Thanks to Matthew for sharing this with me, which I now share with our community, with commentary of coarse!

What a line of BS this is, we ALL know how responsible Getty copyright clerks are..

yeah pay Getty obscene amounts of money, because our pictures are not the same as stock images on pond5 for a fraction of the cost..

send more letters...collect more money = increased revenue

No need to know a damn thing about copyright law tho, just get the damn money!
