Funny you should ask that, I have letters going out in the mail in the morning requesting complaints on file at the New York and Illinois AG offices.  I am not sending one to California as their AG's website states they will not release complaints on companies unless claims have been proven in CA.

However unless the latters are originating from that office I doubt there will be any complaints against is as I believe they all come from the main headquarters in WA.  They also have a separate address there just for our compliance pen pals.

Yes, so far Robert has only requested complaints from the WA AG office so they are all from there.  Getty has offices in NY and IL as well and I am sending in requests to those states AG for any complaints they have on file.

Nice move Greg!  I like it a lot.

In my response to my Senator's Privacy Act Release form, I included a letter with a link to the Wash AG complaints that Robert posted.  If we can add these to that link, the people who should be looking into this might find enough data neatly organized for them to want to take a closer look at Getty.
