I see that you posted our banking information on the Internet, as well as everything else that was provided to you as part of our confidential settlement. Why did you do that?

It's really amazing how letter recipients become empowered to SHARE information when they realize they are not alone in being victimized.  People ask us for help and feed us information all the time.

For the record, your victim did NOT post a single thing on the ELI Forums. It wasn't even that person's idea or thought.  Don't blame that person. It was entirely my decision as a reporter, publisher, broadcaster, and blogger.  The only thing you can blame that person for is that they had the smarts to look for some help and advice from people (The ELI Defense Team) experienced in dealing with copyright extortionists .

I, as Editor-in-Chief, of the ELI website post and report on relevant information I receive as I get it.  You already know the hunt is on for your friend and partner Dan B. Levine. If your friend is, in fact, a licensed attorney, it does not bode well for him on so many levels.  Your friend's attorney marketing efforts have been reported now.

In fact, our legal counsel, Attorney Oscar Michelen was so disturbed by what he saw, he felt compelled to report it to an ethics committee.

The ELI Community knows we are required reading for those in the copyright extortion business. Our eclectic team takes pride in being a feisty organization that continues to help defend people ignorant of questionable strategies being used against them.

Just know, Randy, Copyright Defense League has hit the big time.  ELI is watching and listening very closely.

Oh my!! It looks like someones panties are in a bunch!, copyright trolls Randy Taylor and Dan B. Levine have chosen to step into this ring, and already they are bitching and moaning before the end of the first round??.. As Matthew likes to say, I'm like a dog with a bone, and sometimes I have problems letting go of things..it's part of my obsessive /compulsive make up..with that being said there will be most likely be more exposure for Randy Taylor and Dan B. Levine....

As Matthew said welcome to the  ELI forums although, it is generally not a good thing when the attention of the  ELI community is turned on to someone we consider actively participating in trolling. I think you'll find that once we start digging it generally does not take long until we find the information we are looking for and other letter recipients start to come forward once you start appearing in the search engine results.

I have some recommended reading for you to help acquaint you with the  ELI community. Search the site for threads about Julie Stewart, Jennifer Sherrouse, Linda Ellis and of course Timmy (Timothy B McCormack).

So I'll be looking forward to learning more about yourself, Dan B Levine and the Copyright Defense League over the next several days as we research your company and again welcome to the ELI forms.
