Getty Response to my Response

They responded to my letter.

I simply asked to show proof of a correct registration and I received their standard response and also a renewed demand to be paid within the next 5 days. Which is well over a month from the last due date they gave me.

We don't have the kind of money they're asking ($1500 for 1 picture???), we are check to check 1 income family.  I design websites when I get the work to help make ends meet. So If they do take me to court it's not going to yield anything unless they want my house.

With that said I'm not responding any further. I probably shouldn't have responded to the last one.

I'm in the same boat. This is wrong on so many levels. They are not doing due diligence. They are running a scam. I wish you the best of luck. Keep us posted

Try not to worry about it too much.  The chances of them taking either of you to court over one image are terribly small.
