I don't know, but I called his office 2 days ago for the 3rd time and talked to his assistant and again asked him to call me. At the time of this writing, I still have not heard from him, since our initial conversation over a month ago. I also emailed him again last week and got no answer.

I just got my defense letter from Oscar and I really appreciate it. Oscar and Matthew provide a great service and I thank both of them. Oscar is a busy man and just give him time. He'll get back to you and he'll send an unbelievable letter defending you, full of precise legal points which shows his depth of knowledge about the issues surrounding this case. I highly recommend him and thank Matthew for this great forum.
