it appears that the default judgement agains MND Events, could not be entered, due to some errors on the behalf of Hawaiian Art networks attorneys, so it appears MND may have a second chance at answering this complaint..

Did I read that document properly?

HAN cannot go forward in getting a default judgment because there's...

|x|  No proof of service/waiver of service on file.

I read that as meaning someone screwed the pooch pretty good.

(Withholding additional rude, insensitive, and sarcastic commentary on this for now.)
