Not entirely new to ELI, but this is I think the second time we have heard of this "group", they also have ties to Glen Carner and hawaiian Art network in a round-about way. I am still awaiting more info from the newest letter recipient so I can do a more thorough job, but heres a few nuggets to feed on in the meantime.

Google states differently...linking to an image is NOT considered an infringement.
apparently they don't understand that the "copy" in copyright has a meaning...a link is not a "COPY"..
