What has been the typical response from Getty Images once they have received Mr. Michelen's letter?
Does Getty make their request for money a more reasonable amount?
You never hear from them again?
Getty now sends demand letters for me to pay to Mr. Michelen and proceeds to turn the demand to the collection agency. (Yes, I did see that Getty only sues 1%.)
Thanks. DGM

Once it gets to Oscar, each individual case goes confidential unless the letter recipient decides to share their story.

All settlements are non-disclosure.  The unsettled cases remain pending or in limbo subject to what Getty wants to do next.

Although this has been posted many times before, let me do so again - once Getty receives a letter from my firm they cannot contact you any longer and it cease to escalate. Regardless of what stage you are at Getty>NCS Recovery>McCormack Law Firm> Lee & Hayes Law Firm once the letter is received it gets pulled away from that entity and sent to Getty's corporate counsel Lisa Willmer, with whom  I have been dealing on this issue for over 3 years now.
