Sending MY Letter re:Settlement Demand Letter

Hello,
I have "the scary letter". I am ready to send mine with missles. So, instead of sending it to the junior league, is there a higher up in the chain I can send a certified letter to? Other than McCormack! He scares me.

Welcome to the forums excelsior007. Before you send off your letter full of missiles I would spend quite a bit of time going through the forums and gleaning information. It would also help us to help you if we knew more of your story. For example let us know how many images we are talking about, how you got them and how many letters you have received to date and from who. Every situation is unique and responses will vary depending on the individual circumstances.

You really should respond to the person who wrote your letter - McCormack legally represents Getty if he wrote you and all Getty will do is forward your letter to him once they get it and check their computer and see that it is assigned to him. Read through the forums, look at the videos and get educated. Then fear no one! If you need more help there's lots of that on the site as well.
