I received a Corbis Copyright infringement letter for an image that was used on a layout, since eight years.  The layout was one of several designed by a third party in India to be resold, (I think I still have the transaction receipt for this deal) and they did not respond to my calls to provide information on how they obtained the image and whether it was appropriately licensed.

I sent an email with a PDF attachment right away to Oscar and he immediately replied stating he would get back to me the following day.  I received no response for the next two days.

Today, I called his office and his secretary put me right through to him. I found Oscar to be very friendly, attentive, professional and sympathetic to my predicament.  Although, I had considered his letter service, he advised otherwise, as my situation is different to the bulk of victims.  After speaking to Oscar you realize how experienced he is in dealing with the photo stock agencies and knows how to play it.

Although, I am based in the UK, he was kind enough to devote several minutes on the phone for advice all for FREE and mentioned that I should keep in touch for developments.
