1. I have orders by Advocate ?
2. I have received a complaint?
3. I have received a warning?
4. The price per image was / is in the bill including taxes more than 1,000 Euros?
5. I received an invoice from Getty Images?

Also most people will have received a warning, an invoice and  a demand at the same time.  But please let us know the purpose of your data collection as Lettered asks
