I'm Now Inspired to Write Poetry!
« on: February 27, 2013, 04:02:26 PM »
It would appear that reducing the human experience to oversimplified cliches can be quite lucrative.  The other apparent key is to use simple rhymes and to avoid more sophisticated poetic devices like alliteration, internal rhymes, metaphors and symbolism.

Using our friend for inspiration, here are some of my poems:

Happy, happy, happy, happy, happy
Though my neck and chin are
Flappy, flappy, flappy, flappy, flappy

When life gives you lemons
Make that drink that uses lemons and sugar

I invite you to compose your own using this unique style.  Then go after anyone who shares it!

Trash Trash Trash
when live is slow and boring
Dash Dash Dash
And your life will be soaring

Fly. Eat Pie. Then
Lie Lie Lie

Linda tell the court please
what you do do  do.....
"I'd be happy to your honor.
I sue  sue  sue."

You say this man, Mathew
is stalking you   you   you?
"Yes he is your honor.
Can I sue   sue   sue?"

Let me ask you Matthew,
is this true   true   true?
"Judge, look at this woman.
Would you   you  you?"

Case dismissed, Mrs Ellis,
now shoo  shoo   shoo,
and take your homely self
back to the zoo  zoo  zoo.

Most questions have already been addressed in the forums, get yourself educated before making decisions.

Any advice is strictly that, and anything I may state is based on my opinions, and observations.

LMAO.

I was so close to buying a ticket yesterday. So close. But I think we will have bigger hearings to fly to one day soon.

Yes. Regardless of outcome, there could be some sort of appeal.  That said, if the judge rules for Matt and against Linda, I don't think she'll appeal. The reason I think she won't is precisely because I think this is a nuisance filing. She filed pro-se, which kept her costs to a minimum.  She won't want to sink *real money* into pursuing this because it is frivolous. Still, I admit I don't know her that well, and who knows? Maybe she'd appeal.

In contrast, if Matt loses (which would surprise me) Matt will file an appeal. I suspect Matt would take this to SCOTUS!

Note: She filed DMCA takedowns but didn't pursue those in court when the materials she deems infringing were reposted. Filing a takedown is free; pursuing in court would cost $$.
