I just received a letter from Masterfile.  Started my journey by removing images and a phone call.  I purchased the image as part of a design from a firm that is no longer in business--- the image is contained in a PDF file, in which you have to download from my website---I bet only 5 people have seen it.  I am getting lots of valuable information from this site--- I will keep you updated.
