Getty did not care that the image I used was purchased in good faith, with a supplied license agreement, from someone who apparently swiped the image, then sold it.. I was still on the hook, but I fought back and flat out refused their demands.

I received a letter from LCS recently and would be very interested in hearing more about your experience with Getty as I know they are "closely related".
