Not all insurance companies offer CLI.
Why? Because of too many frivolous and bogus demands.
If you can't answer my question, (Can anyone recommend a broker/source for Cyber Liability insurance?) Please don't post.

The NEXUS laws pertaining to sales tax collection must be paid to the state in which the business is conducted. For example, I am in Colorado and any sales tax that Getty tries to collect, must be paid to Colorado and they can only collect it if they have a business presence of some sort in Colorado and a proper Colorado sales tax license.
This should not be reported to Texas Dept of Revenue but to your respective state since they are getting cheated out of the tax money. Texas won't care as it is bringing in additional revenue from out of staters.

You make it sound so easy. The websites are independently managed wedding directories. Even though the terms of the website specifically require the vendor/user to post properly owned images, there is no way we can polices thousands of images from thousands of vendors from hundreds of potential sites. Plus we have a feedback system for users to rate vendors which can also lead to defamation of character claims.
Like I said in the earlier posting, the first site has not been officially launched yet and we already have a demand letter.
All I would like to receive is names of potential companies, brokers, sources for Cyber Liability Insurance.

Can anyone recommend a broker/source for Cyber Liability insurance?
This whole situation is getting ridiculous and am expecting it to get worse. My latest business venture has not been officially launched and I have already received a demand letter due to 3rd parties putting images on my site.

That is not going to protect you if one of the trolls hits your site. They will simply subpoena your information.

After being ignored by Alaska Stock's attorney, I contacted Dennis (manager) at Alaska Stock. He was friendly and more than willing to give me a very reasonable settlement. He made it easy and I am glad this whole thing is behind me. If you don't have the stomach for negotiating, you can hire Oscar and he will get you a fair price from Alaska Stock.

I have sent 2 emails to the law firm for Alaska Stock offering a settlement amount. I have had no response from them.
They should take my offer. I'll just wait until they file a lawsuit and then file bankruptcy. They will rack up thousands in atty fees.

I have sent a request to Alaska Stock's attorney for a more reasonable settlement offer and got no response. I also sent a second email with an offer based on Oscar's advice and still no response. They came at me with both guns a blazing and now there is no response.

That is a very nice letter. I received an unreasonable one from their law firm 2 weeks ago. They want $7500!!!
