I mean class action.  One person of course can't fight against them.  But if everyone donate US$10-100, it will be a large sum of money.  Dun forget they sent millions of extortion letters throughout these few yrs.  I'm sure if we got a good plan, a lot of people wanna join us.

I received a DMCA complaint on this thread. My best guess is that Julie Stewart did not like us posting her email to us and she is now claiming copyright infringement over her email. I have challenged this DMCA complaint and my rebuttal will be in a separate post.

what? emails has copyright too?  Are they serious?  ROFL

There is class action in US.  Tho I'm not living in US, I willing to make some contribution on it.  Guys, I would rather spend my money to sue GI instead of paying them a penny!

Since I've heard Oscar said its claims and not debt.  So why nobody sue GI for asking debt collection to intimidate us over and over again?

I won't take anymore action.  I've deleted the pic, removed the website from server and even closed my business.  But they still keep intimidating me n want so much money from me.  I won't reply them anymore.  Go ahead to file me bankrupt GI.   I can't wait.  Really want to know how they get a penny from me.

Again its an intimidating letter.  But this time they said its final warning n they r going to transfer my file to their legal dept blah blah blah.  I'm wondering how many people here get over 10 letters from GI.

Hi,
I've received their extort letter and deleted the image and replied them.  Needless to say I won't pay $1200 for a tiny proportional pic which they claim they own it.  Just let them sue me and I dun even mind go bankrupt coz I definitely won't pay a penny for somebody try to intimidate me.
But I have very strong interest to sue them.  I'm not rich but I'm furious when I read that 5 pages extort letter.  Is it possible somebody raise a fund or sth to sue them back?  Instead of worrying that they are going to sue everyone of us, why dun we fight back?  What I google on internet about this image company, they are not only sending the extort letter to US and Europe, they send them EVERYWHERE!  They made enough enemies that we can start a fight back campaign.
Just my 2 cents.  If anybody have any idea of it, feel free to let me know.
