Hi,
I setup my father's website for a small business and I am so disgusted by what I have been reading about this crook! I have been able to obtain a proof of purchase from istock photo and I have also told them they really need to make their website more clear about past purchases. I panicked for a day, doubting if I actually purchased from istock photo (It was purchased several years ago) but then I came across this forum and the woman who wrote on her blog about how it didn't show up in the purchase history. PHEW! My question is, should we even respond to this letter? Or will they just start to harass us more? It was just the standard "You owe us $8,000.00" letter. Would you recommend reporting to RI Attorney General?
