CIPPIC and David Fewer have been previously mentioned back in 2012, it went nowhere, and If I remember correctly, there were some wonky statements made by him somewhere.. search for cippic in the search bar at the top of the page, there is a bunch of results.

Here are the court documents from my case:  VKT versus Vermont Woods Studios, including a draft motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction.  VKT is in Hawaii, my small business is in Vermont and VKT sued me in Northern California.  How does that make any sense?

It makes no sense, and would most likely have failed if they went forward.

Do wake up and smell the coffee. The reason you don't hear about cases going to court is because for all their bluster, people know they have no defence and cave in when they get the court summons and realise this is about to get heavy.

If you stole someone's work and got caught, stop squirming and pay up.

Possibly one if not the most intelligent posts on the whole ELI forum!

I thnk the venue issue will be an uphill battle for Tylor.. facebook may be located in california, but they are covered by DMCA and they also have servers all over the world much like google..who's to to say this this image was even on a server in california??

No, my judgement is not clouded, the Rangers are kicking ass, be grateful the Hawks won't have to loose to them, after LA dismantles them.. the links in question have been removed by the person that posted them.. visit the eli FB page, I guess her "lawyer" advised her to do so...
