Seems like it would be a pain to collect from you, from their perspective. I'd take the image down. Not sure if you'd need to hire a lawyer or not.

Don't know any other answers, but I hear they start high and then the longer it goes on the more they'll go down. For me it's a really ridiculous 20k, which is nowhere near anything I could ever realistically pay. I haven't gone through the whole process yet.
