Matthew / Oscar,

We are a small-size Workers' Comp Law Firm that just got this Getty Images Letter demanding $1,475 for two small images on our web site ...

Our Web site was created back in 2003 using a designer that is no where to be found and our web site hasn't been updated since then ...

As per your recommenddations, we immediately removed the images from the web to show our good will ...

What do you suggest in terms of the next step to be done ...

Should we send them a letter describing the whole situation ... Is there a standard response template for us to use when responding to avoid more issues

Appreciate your guidelines of how to resolve this matter ...
