EFF Covers ELI win in Chan v. Ellis Appeal

I have been waiting for the EFF announcement for nearly a week. At long last, I am able to share EFF's comments about the outcome of Chan v. Ellis. Further, they believe there needs to be a federal anti-SLAPP law that helps deter others from filing frivolous lawsuits.
